DPW has over 1200 miles of roads they are responsible for maintaining. It can take 12 - 36 hours to clear the streets after a snowfall, depending on the severity of the storm. If your street has not been salted and/or plowed 24 hours after the snow has stopped, please report it to 311. If you prefer to do so online, click here. The 311 Response Center is currently open from 8am - 4:30pm but receives voice mail messages and emails at any time.
