Residents can purchase a compost sticker at the Highway Department, 500 Primrose Street, Haverhill - Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am – 1:00pm. RESIDENTIAL STICKERS MUST BE AFFIXED TO THE VEHICLE ON THE LOWER LEFT CORNER OF THE WINDSHIELD. For a replacement sticker (for new windshield or new vehicle) you must turn in previously purchased sticker. LOST STICKERS WILL NOT RE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE.
