The city requires that all exterior property and premises shall be kept free of any accumulation of rubbish or garbage. Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers. In addition, the operator of every establishment in the City shall provide approved leakproof containers with close-fitting covers for the storage of such materials. If the property is not in compliance, call 3-1 to report a violation.
