Complete the Online Library Card Application for Haverhill Residents or come to the Library and show an ID with your name and correct local address. Cards are free for Haverhill residents, business owners, students, teachers, and municipal employees. Children ages 12 and under must apply with a parent or guardian. Haverhill students age 13 or in grade seven and higher may apply without a parent or guardian present.
