What is the Council on Aging?

COA's mission is to provide services designed to improve the quality of life for Haverhill residents who are 60 years of age or older. They offer a variety of cost-effective programs and services for elderly residents that are designed to help them remain independent, stay healthy, keep fit and actively involved in their community. A Senior Identification Card (proof of age is required), available free of charge at the COA Info and Referral Office (Rm. 32), is required in order to participate in many of these programs and services.
