ANY trash that does not fit inside your wheeled trash cart must be placed in a City of Haverhill (orange) overflow bag or it will not be accepted by the City's waste hauler. DO NOT place any trash or bags on top of the cart and make sure the lid is fully closed, otherwise the remaining trash will be left curbside.
