The next revaluation is scheduled for fiscal year 2005. We will begin our analysis on January 2, 2004, and we hope to complete the work by September of that year. The resulting values will be effective as of January 1, 2004. These assessments will be the basis for the tax bill which will be mailed in December 2004.
